Mark 9: I Believe, Help My Unbelief
Scripture
Mark 9
A father brings his son and says, if you can do anything, help us. Jesus repeats the phrase back to him — if you can — and the man answers with one of the most honest sentences in the Bible: I believe; help my unbelief.
It is a contradiction, and it is accepted. The boy is healed.
Many people wait to pray until their faith feels solid, as though doubt disqualified the request. This father brings faith and doubt in the same breath, and it is enough.
Bring what you actually have today, not the certainty you think you are supposed to have first.
